The public never directly controls an animal. Every act is a bounded request from a vet-approved menu, enforced by daily caps and cooldowns, weighted toward enrichment over endless feeding. Overfeeding is a real risk we design against, not an edge case.
As the network grows, donations route directly to each partner sanctuary's own registered nonprofit — the money is never held by us. The Menagerie Fund will become its own 501(c)(3) to support the network's charitable side.
